Celebration of Fish Menu

With our enviable sea side location you would expect us to have plenty of fresh fish on offer. On one night each month we serve a special fish celebration menu - so that you can enjoy really well made traditional fish dishes and taste more exotic fish from around the world. (our regular Table d'Hote menu is also available for non-fish lovers)
Our fish menu (below) is served in our lovely seaside restaurant between 7 and 9pm on the last Saturday of each month from 28th june. Please book your table in advance by phoning 01745 853072

Rillette of two Salmons, dill & keta pickled cucumber & watercress salad
Drizzled with a lime & grain mustard oil

Mousseline of River Pike & Crayfish
Crisp herb salad, french tarragon, vermouth & pink grapefruit foam

Greenlip mussel, potato & red chilli broth
Finished with fresh herbs & truffle oil

Madeira & shallot seared scallops
Wilted spinach & rosemary saffron foam

Orange & passion fruit sorbet

Main Course

Traditional Homemade Chips
served with a lightly battered cod and mushy peas

Poached supreme of conwy salmon
with a lime and coriander jus

Oven baked Fresh Scottish whole rainbow trout
stuffed with a lemon, almonds & dill.

Pan fried Seabass
served with a oriental spring onion, light soya sauce & sesame oil dressing.
