Bodnant Garden, a National Trust site, is a place of beauty, peace and tranquility and well worth a visit when in North Wales. Home to an extensive national plant collection and champion tree specimens, Bodnant Garden is less than an hour's drive away from the Beaches Hotel. Take in a beautiful sea drive passing, Colwyn Bay and Conwy on route and then appreciate the Carneddau Mountains of Snowdonia which form a backdrop at Bondant Garden.
Enjoy immaculate lawns, grand terraces, rustic woodland, glorious roses and the not to be missed famous Bodnant Garden Laburnum Arch. Believed to be the longest and oldest of its kind, the 55 metre-long archway of trees creates a golden chain of flowers at the end of May. This spectacular display which was created by the garden's Victorian founder Henry Pochin is the most visited and photographed part of Bodnant Garden. There's a one-way path that runs clockwise around the garden and dogs are welcome when on short leads at all times. Refreshments are available at Bodnant Garden Pavilion Tearoom.
Bodnant Gardens is located close to the town of Llandudno and is an approximate 35 minute drive from The Beaches Hotel.
