AA Covid-19 Confident Mark

To Our Valued Loyal Guests:

New restrictions coming into force Thursday 1st October 6pm mean that people will not be allowed to leave or enter our County of Denbighshire and therefore, our hotel rooms will be closed for leisure travel. The exception to this rule is if you are travelling here for work purposes only. You will need a letter of proof that you are travelling for work.

Following on from the recent Welsh Assembly Government announcement, we will be closing our bar and restaurant at 10pm and no food or drink will be served after this time. Last orders for food will be 8pm. Furthermore, All guests dining with us must be from the same household. No bubbles/extended households can be formed. This restriction comes into force at 6pm on 1st October 2020.

Face coverings MUST be worn in all public areas throughout the Hotel. Once seated in the bar, you may remove it.

To ensure you have a pleasant and safe stay with us, we have the following procedures in place:-

  • Enhanced cleaning measures have been implemented with regular recorded checks.
  • All staff have received appropriate Covid-19 training.
  • Appropriate PPE is in place
  • Temperature checks will be conducted.
  • Protective shields are in place in all public areas
  • 2 Metre social distancing will be observed throughout the Beaches Hotel.
  • Hand sanitiser stations are positioned throughout.
  • Furniture and layout of the hotel lounges and public spaces have been altered to allow for greater social distancing and easy movement with the hotel.
