Exceptional
Everything is just so cool to stay and experience. Right next to the beautiful sandy beach, big rooms, great staff and good food.

Nice Find
The two major hotel chains not far away looked a bit pricy, add ons for parking and breakfast make them expensive for what they are, so we chanced a change and got a great surprise. A friendly hotel, great room and a superb breakfast. The evening meal was good with plenty to choose from and the bar with a vast array of beers. The beach is on the doorstep and has only a few people on it, so great for a walk. Had I have known I would have booked two nights.

Promenade Bistro Bar
I’ve visited The Beaches Promanade Bistro Bar on a couple of ocassions now and each time its been a very enjoyable experience. The decor is gorgeous, the food has always been tasty and well prepared and the service is excellent. My Dad was so impressed with the whole dining experience that he plans to treat himself to a short stay in the near future. Very highly recommended.

Lovely Spa Day
Perfect swim, dine, and unwind experience! Visited for a relaxing day and it didn’t disappoint. The pool area is peaceful and well-maintained, with a lovely jacuzzi that really helps you unwind. I treated myself to a full-body massage with Jess, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s fantastic! The spa overall is top-notch and definitely worth booking. We also dined at the bistro, which has a lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Big thanks to Carly for going above and beyond, she really made our visit special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing day out!

Fabulous, Well Worth a Visit
Stayed here Friday to Sunday for my nephews wedding. Their original venue went bankrupt and when they said they had found a venue at short notice I expected it to be below par. All I can say it was fantastic from start to finish the staff put in 100% to make the day run smoothly and to make sure everything was covered. The hotel itself was stylish, I had a room with a fabulous sea view. The food was good I didn’t get time to use the pool or spa but they looked good. The thing that stands out above all is, I’ve never stayed anywhere where all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and always smiling that’s from reception to bar staff and even housekeeping nothing was too much trouble.

Escape
Just returned from a stay organised by Edwards coaches of South Wales. Everything from start to finish was seamless and superb. Beautiful Room with an enviable Sea View, spotless and gleamingly clean throughout the whole Hotel and Spa. The service and food in the Dining and Breakfast rooms excellent and staff very helpful and attentive. Went to the Spa facilities, enjoyed a swim in the lovely pool and had a fantastic facial and massage too (thank you Jess ). Will return as soon as we can ” Escape ” again.

Bedroom with Fantastic Sea View
Stayed in a Superior Double Room (220) for 2 nights and we wished that we had booked for longer. Fantastic sea view and nothing to complain about regarding the room. Everything spotlessly clean and lots of tea and coffee, also 2 bottles of water. Reception staff so friendly and obliging and obviously happy in their job. Lovely patio to sit out on with drinks from the bar and just admire the sea view. Only down side was the breakfast which we found disappointing, sausage bland, eggs overcooked, tomato undercooked with tinned mushrooms, why not fresh? but this didn’t spoil our stay and we thought not worth complaining about. If we return to Prestatyn we will definitely stay here again, as long as room 220 is available. Well worth the money.

Should Be Rated 5*
This hotel should be rated 5*. Yes there are areas that require updating but I couldn’t fault all the staff. Who were weloming professional and friendly. The Spa area is clean and well maintained. The food in the Bistro bar is well priced, good portions and beautifully presented. We had room 223 which was large and with a view of the sea was very comfortable. The only thing is the sink needs replacing but this is a very minor complaint. The breakfast food and service is exceptional. Sue runs the breakfast service with military precision, its a wonder to behold. Note to the owners/managers, treat your staff well and with respect. Their dedication is hard to replace.

Absolutely Amazing
Amazing!! Went with my family for a well needed break. We had a sea view room, around £200 a night, SO worth it! They set up free bottled water, a kettle with an array on teas, coffee etc, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Listening to the waves lull you to sleep is a divine experience. Miss it as I’m writing HAHA! Bar was lovely, AMAZING STAFF THERE!! Gorgeous views. Pool is free to use, not that deep but was swimmable nonetheless (I’m a swimmer). Has a jacuzzi too! Breakfast was yummy and much enjoyed! overall highly recommend this hotel 🙂

Spa is Excellent
Had a weekend away at the beaches hotel and spa and what can I say from check in to check out the staff and hotel were amazing. Not to mention the location of the hotel, with it being on the beach front there are absolutely stunning sunsets to watch whilst enjoying a drink on the patio. We stayed dinner bed and breakfast and also booked a massage, we all booked a different treatment (i had hot rocks back massage) and we were all very happy with our experience, the spa is very relaxing and after your treatment you then get to relax in the relaxation room which includes, complimentary tea and coffee and water. Then a nice dip in the pool and of course the sauna and jacuzzi were a must. We had booked for afternoon tea and we were pleasantly surprised on the amount of food you got we couldn’t eat it all and had to get a takeaway box. It was a lovely experience and we would highly recommend the spa if your looking to have a relaxing afternoon. The food was fantastic all the staff are very accommodating nothing is to much trouble, especially Geoff (makes you feel like family) and Darren (no beard) who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was brilliant with lots to choose from and the rooms are very comfortable and stylish. Can’t wait to return, thanks to all the staff x

First Time Stay
First time stay and hopefully not the last. Hardworking team. 8 days at the lovely Beaches hotel, important to get to know the staff to find out where to go what to do and sometimes what to avoid. I was at the hotel with guests from Sweden, Latvia, Hungary, Holland and Greece. The team all enjoyed the stay, we had special requests for the hotel especially restaurant and we were really well looked after. Sue at Breakfast was very approachable and gave time to chat about locality and life in general. Front Desk with Jo and team helped us so much, every member made our stay 100% trouble free, Hopefully back again soon with a bigger gang. Prestatyn I have found very clean and tidy especially the promenade and beach, it really is a little gem on the north wales coast.

A Gem of a Place
Stayed here for 2 nights for a Murder Mystery event as part of a coach trip. This hotel is fabulous. From the minute you walk in, the amazing staff are pleasant, helpful, polite, courteous and very smiley, without exception. Our room was clean and sparkling with attention to detail. The bed and the furniture were extremely comfy. The sea view was stunning. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals. The food was exceptional, using fresh produce, cooked to order and promptly served. All delicious and nicely presented. Would love to stay here again should the occasion arise. Thanks to all who work at The Beaches for a wonderful stay.

2 night midweek stay in February so it was quiet but busy at times. The staff are fabulous, always helpful and very cheery. Food was lovely, breakfast was spot on, wine was delicious. Typical February weather but the sun did shine and we did sit outside for a small time lol… The room was spacious with a coastal view, we loved it.

Fantastic
Excellent stay at this hotel. The lovely Julie greeted us at reception and made us feel very welcome. The room (223) had stunning view of the sea and was beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom was amazing. Dinner was well cooked and presented, not a huge choice but everone catered for with vegetarian and vegan options. Geoffrey made our dining experience very personal and special. Hard to find any faults really. Maybe stairs carpet from reception needs a little attention but certainly not a deal breaker. Staff and hotel brilliant.

Home from Home
I booked myself a weekend stay here to get away from it all and relax as I’m recovering from chemo. Every single member of staff made me feel welcome and happily chatted to me. The food was excellent as was the bar service. My room was really cosy, warm and had a great view of the sea. I asked for a bath and they provided one that filled in minutes and the bathroom was lovely and clean. My thanks to the kind ladies on reception who upgraded me to such a lovely room! The pool was just the right temperature and the steam room was clean and refreshing. Breakfast area was really nice with plenty of cereals, toast, juice and table service for ordering hot drinks and food. All in all I loved my stay and will be returning as soon as possible.

We were delighted with the way the room was set out, the quality of the buffet, and the professionalism of the staff. We did our Mum proud. Overnight stay was great with comfy clean rooms and great breakfast served by lovely staff. Thank you to all at the Beaches for helping to make a difficult time quite special.

Top Spot
One of the best places in the Prestatyn-Rhyl area of the North Wales coast. The hotel is located right on the seafront, with direct access to the promenade and an expansive, sandy and uncrowded beach. We called in for a tasty and reasonably priced light lunch, which we ate on the hotel’s large terrace, with an uninterrupted sea view. The staff were friendly, parking was easy and the hotel had a good atmosphere. A spa and a pool will be opening on 15 September 2024.

Brilliant location, pool was amazing, staff were so friendly and lovely. The family room was an amazing size plus the bonus of the kids having their own little area with TV and us having our own TV was a bonus. Breakfast was nice. Easy check in. Very clean, Brilliant wardrobe space too. Right next to the beach just a short walk. Wasn’t noisy at night even though there was a function on. Absolutely brilliant we will be back. The little touches of extra tea, coffee and milk was brilliant. Comfy beds. A plus for a family of 4. Ages 8 and 9. Thank you.
