Do you have Internet?

Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi access available in all our bedrooms and public areas of The Beaches Hotel and Spa.

Do you provide Parking?

Yes, there is a large car park available opposite the hotel.

Does your carpark have a height restriction?

Our carpark does have a height restriction, it is 2.1 meters high and 3 metres wide.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3pm at The Beaches Hotel and Spa, Prestatyn.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11am at The Beaches Hotel and Spa, Prestatyn.​​

How late is reception open?

Reception is open for bookings from 8am – 10pm. A night porter is on hand through the night for any late checks or early check outs.

Do you provide a laundry service?

Yes we can provide a laundry service for stays of 2 nights or more. A laundry bag is provided in your room and costs £10 per half bag & £20 per full bag.

Does the Hotel have an Elevator?

Yes, the Hotel does have an Elevator. We have 3 floors, all of which have a lift with no additional stairs on any floors. 

Is the hotel accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, the main entrance is accessible, and we have a lift to all floors.

Is there somewhere we can store our luggage if we arrive before check in time?

Yes, we do offer complimentary luggage storage for guests. 

Do you serve Breakfast?

Yes, Breakfast is available Monday – Friday from 7.00am- 10.00am and Saturday & Sunday from 7.30am-10.30am. Breakfast is included with your stay when you book direct with The Beaches Hotel and Spa, Prestatyn.

How late is the hotel open?

The Beaches Hotel and Spa, Prestatyn is open to guests 24hrs.

Is the Beaches Hotel and Spa a Family Friendly Hotel?

Yes, The Beaches Hotel and Spa, welcomes families and should you require any assistance for your children or babies during your stay let the team know at the desk. Cots can be arranged for your stay. There is a children’s menu available. 

Do you serve food in the hotel Bar?

Our hotel bar is called the Promenade Bistro Bar and we serve food daily between 12pm and 9pm. Our Lunch menu is served from 12pm-5pm and the Evening Menu from 5pm – 9pm.

Is the Beach Safe and Clean?

Barkby Beach is a clean and safe beach. For your safety we recommend swimming in the life-guarded area between the flags a little further down on Prestatyn Central Beach. Our team are happy to direct you. 

Is the hotel in the centre of Prestatyn?

No, The Beaches Hotel and Spa is situated on Barkby beach, a 25-minute walk outside of Prestatyn town centre or a 4-minute car journey.

Is there a church located nearby?

Yes, there are several churches located near The Beaches Hotel and Spa in Prestatyn – Christ Church, Trinity Methodist Church and St Peter & St Francis Catholic Church.

Can you arrange a taxi transfer from Liverpool airport?

This transport would have to be arranged by the guest due to distance. We can book taxis for guests for the local area once at the hotel.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Only Guide dogs. In our sister property the Beaches Chalets we allow dogs to stay, please contact the hotel directly to make a booking for the Chalets. Dogs are welcome on our terrace, outside The Promenade Bistro Bar as you dine and we’ve a water bowl for them. 

Can you arrange a round of golf in Prestatyn?

We can arrange a round of golf at our nearby golf courses in Prestatyn, in advance of your stay at The Beaches Hotel and Spa. Just let Joanne or the team know when you are booking directly with us and she may also be able to arrange a discount if you are staying with us for more than one night.
