The 4 Star Beaches Hotel, overlooking the Irish Sea on the North Wales Coast is situated in the quaint town of Prestatyn. The Hotel is ideally located just 20 minutes from J31 off the B5122, 35 minutes from Conwy, 46 minutes from Chester and one hour from Manchester.

Car Parking – FREE for all Residents during your stay

Our car park is a pay and display car park monitored by a company called Creative Car Park. When arriving at The 4 Star Beaches Hotel, Prestatyn, please visit Reception before parking your car. Once you have offloaded your luggage, the Receptionist will make a record of your Registration Number and will issue a parking ticket which must be displayed in your window at all times. The Receptionist will also advise which area of the car park to use during peak times.

We have a number of disabled spaces right beside the front entrance and drop off area. Our main car park is located directly opposite the front entrance and is clearly signposted. Guests are reminded that vehicles and their contents are left entirely at their own risk. Should our car park be full, there are numerous other pay and display car parks surrounding The Beaches Hotel.

By Train

Our nearest train station is Prestatyn which is a 5-minute drive from The 4 Star Beaches Hotel. There is a taxi ramp as you exit the station and also a taxi office on the Town Centre side of the station. By Ferry

The nearest Ferry Terminal is Holyhead which is located in Anglesey, North Wales. The port is conveniently situated at the end of the A55 dual carriageway and is a 1 hour 15 minute drive from The Beaches Hotel (LL65 1DJ).

By Plane

Manchester Airport is an approximate 1 hour and 20 minute’s drive away. The Airport has a train station from which you can get direct journeys to Prestatyn (some require changes along route). Alternatively, you can book a taxi in advance independently or a member of our Reception Team can make the booking for you (the cost of the one-way journey is approximately £85.00). Liverpool Airport is an approximate 1 hour and 10 minutes away. There is no train station at the Airport and the nearest station is Liverpool South Parkway. You can book a taxi independently or a member of our Reception Team can book one for you. Cycling

There are some very scenic cycle routes around North Wales, all of which are easily accessible from The 4 Star Beaches Hotel. We can store a limited number of bikes.
