Conwy Castle

Often described as King Edward I most "magnificent" Welsh castle, Conwy Castle stands majestically with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. A UNESCO World Heritage Site,  Conwy Castle is just a 30 minute drive from The Beaches Hotel, Prestatyn. This medieval fortress has restored staircases allowing you to climb right up and enjoy views from the battlements.

Conwy is such a picturesque town, we highly recommended a day trip to explore the Castle, the town walls that connect it and the winding streets below. There are so many lovely little eateries and unique shops. You can spend the whole day in Conwy.
