Llandudno

Llandudno is just over 20 miles/ 45 minutes away from The Beaches Hotel. Easily accessible via car along the A55, train or bus from Prestatyn Town Centre. It is home to the longest pier in Wales, and its Victorian style canopied shopping streets just behind the prom. Put simply, Llandudno is a classic seaside town. The high street stretches along adjacent to the promenade and full of all your high street favourites, as well as some fun and unique shops along the way. Llandudno also boasts 2 retail parks.

The Great Orme towers over Llandudno's Pier with a height of 207m. You can walk to the top if your feeling energetic, or alternatively you can take the tram straight to the top, or should you appreciate the views along the way, the cable car is a great option for you. Once at the top, there is plenty to do; take a look round the visitor centre and nature reserve with wild Kashmir goats, or play a round of pitch 'n' putt golf, all with spectacular views for miles over land and sea!
